A new courtyard with access routes and parking areas was required behind two listed residential buildings. The solution needed to meet municipal requirements, provide natural drainage and be both sustainable and cost-effective.

Terra-Grid RC® 40 was selected as an alternative to traditional concrete grass pavers.
Result
The result is a modern courtyard with access routes and parking areas that meets both municipal and environmental requirements. Compared with traditional concrete grass pavers, both construction costs and installation time were reduced, while rainwater can still infiltrate naturally.
