Challenge
Maintenance work on the stadium’s floodlight masts required stable access for equipment weighing up to 70 tonnes. At the same time, it was essential to protect the running track from damage.
Solution
180 DAN-Board Xtreme ground protection mats (3000 × 2400 × 22 mm) were installed to create a temporary access route through the stadium.
Result
The mats created a stable surface and distributed the load from the heavy equipment while protecting the running track from damage. The maintenance work could be carried out efficiently without disrupting the stadium’s daily operations.
