DAN-Board CLASSIC is made of 100% LDPE recycled plastic. The plate is used in many industries, for example, as a temporary driveway, for covering walkways, and as parking areas on soft ground (grass or gravel). CLASSIC can withstand high loads, is resistant to chemicals, has high wear resistance, and has a long lifespan.
The plates are easy to handle and suitable for many purposes, including:
- Driving plates on construction sites and civil engineering projects
- Grass protection
- Temporary driveways
- Alternative to heavy iron/steel driving plates
A driving plate from DANREC can be processed with conventional mechanical and thermal processes – it can be cut, sawn, drilled, planed, milled, screwed, heat-formed, and welded.

DAN-Board CLASSIC ground protection mats are produced in the following standards:
- Length: 2,000, 2,400, and 3,000 mm
- Width: 1,000, 1,100, and 1,200 mm
- Thickness: 10, 12, 15, and 20 mm
- Colors: Neutral, Gray, and Black

All plates come with the option for handles & holes, and you can have your own logo on the plate.
